Sometimes the grass isn’t always greener on the other side

In case you were wondering if Astrocartography was for you as you don’t really want to relocate or perhaps it just isn’t the right time to.  You don’t have to move as far away as you think in order to utilise the best in your natal chart or even move at all.

For myself there are a few places around the world that could suit me to live according to my chart.  One of these is actually not far from where I was born which was in England!  Having spent most of my life living away from the UK in a place where my Midheaven runs directly through the centre I had built up a successful career.  The Midheaven in a persons chart shows what they “aspire” to achieve it is the highest point in their natal chart.  How they want to be recognised and the status they wish to attain.  Where I had relocated to was a perfect place for me to grow a successful business.  However later in life I wanted a deeper connection with my core self and wanted to experience a quieter life and a more authentic one which is when I moved back to England.  Interestingly this also coincided with my second Saturn return.  I had moved from the Uk to where I used to live in my first Saturn return and now find myself moving back to the UK  in my second Saturn return!

Notes:  Saturn return – these are life cycle times in everyone’s life.  The first Saturn return is at about the age of 27-29 years old when one “grows up” so to speak.  Wanting to take a more responsible role in life as opposed to the more carefree times of life that have gone before.  Wanting to strike out into the world whether this be with a career, finally leaving home or even getting married and having children.  The second Saturn return is about 27.5 years later when someone is in their late 50’s.  This second Saturn return is a golden opportunity for you to do something differently in your life that you never had chance to or just didn’t get round to at your first Saturn return.  A second chance so to speak.  I will post more about Saturn in another blog.
